Upon the receipt of a completed booking form, all complimentary delegate places will be on a first come first served basis. There is only one complimentary delegate place per practice. You will be notified by e-mail within 7 working days if your complimentary application has been accepted, so please make sure your email address is legible when completing the form.
Please note there is only one delegate place per practice, any further places are chargeable at a rate of £185.00 + VAT per place.
These Seminars are often oversubscribed, and by completing the booking form, you are acknowledging our terms and conditions should you cancel your place. Non-attendance of delegates, who have been successful in receiving a complimentary place, will be charged the full delegate rate of £185.00 + VAT. We only accept a cancellation by email 48 hours prior to the Seminar commencement date. This will ensure that no fees are applicable in such circumstances.
